The auditing and management services firm, Niwan Consultant Oraman, was established on May 14, 2012, under the name Farzin Mashaver Shargh and registered with the registration number 3468 in the Corporate Registration Office of Razavi Khorasan. The firm commenced its professional activities in accordance with the provisions outlined in its bylaws. After obtaining authorization from the Iranian Association of Certified Public Accountants (IACPA) and changing its name to Niwan Consultant Oraman Auditing and Management Services, the firm revised its strategy and organizational structure to align with the frameworks governing auditing institutions. This change was in response to the professional needs of stakeholders and aimed at expanding the scope of activities and diversifying specialized services. To strengthen the ability to offer professional services at both national and international levels, a branch was opened in Tehran.
